Google Video has a nice feature that allows you to link to a specific section of video stored on their system. For example the links below are to a video clip I posted a few weeks ago. By appending #0m36s to the video URL I can jump right to the section that begins 36 seconds from the start. I haven't been able to figure out if you can configure the URL so that a clip begins at a certain time and ends at a certain time.
