I think Flickr is a wonderful tool. Would like to find out if there are any Open Source applications that have similar features. I have played around a bit with Gallery last summer, but have not taken a look at it lately. I am mainly interested in running something on our intranet that would allow me to provide students with accounts for internal photo sharing and discussion. I am especially looking for something like the "notes" feature. Has anyone run into something like this?
