Onswipe is a Wordpress plugin that enhances your Wordpress blog for viewing on the iPad. When someone visits your Wordpress site from an iPad they are presented with a touch optimized view of your blog. Your normal theme is not used. It is accelerometer aware, so if you rotate your iPad, the content reformats. Also includes the ability to share posts via Facebook, Twitter and email. Supports categories and pages, but not tags. Pretty simple to install and set up and support for Android devices is coming soon.
