Touch Retouch

Touch Retouch is an smartphone app (iOS and Android) that allows you to make edits to remove unwanted content in your photos (See example below.)

It is pretty amazing to me what we can do with our phones. Also as John Gruber pointed out, "It’s a new ballgame when your camera itself serves as your editing device."
